ITEC- International Training & Education Counsel is a renowned Australian RPL company. We have different branches all over Australia including Sydney CBD, Bankstown, Wollongong, Melbourne and Perth.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic sales consultant to join our team for one of our RTO ATR (Alpha Training & Recognition).

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an individual who is a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed and the ability to follow company principles and policy that will lead to that success. Experience in selling is preferred but not essential.

Initial Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Carry out market research on RPL.
  • Enhance your selling skills. 
  • Understand RPL Processes

Future Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Build, promote and develop business with existing customers.
  • Identify and develop new key customers over the phone and meet them in person.
  • Provide objective and structured feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain effective customer records.
  • Conduct professional presentations to prospective customers.
  • Develop long term plans that detail Objectives, Strategies and Tactics for securing new account business.
  • Achieve sales target and meet KPI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors in business administration or similar field
  • Experience: 0-1 years in sales
  • Good communication skills 
  • Very Fluent in English

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary plus commission

A successful Sales Consultant can earn minimum of $3000 – $7000 per month commission which could lead to $30000 to $70000 a year depending on your ability of sales.
