ITEC will collaborate with you to ascertain which price option best suits your unique requirements. They promise to always be open and honest about their prices and to offer fair pricing. To better serve our clients unique needs, ITEC provides a range of pricing options. These choices might consist of –

One-Time Placement Service Fee

When ITEC successfully puts a candidate in a job, you will be charged a one-time fee. The charge is determined as a percentage.

Temporary Recruitment Fee

We charge you monthly invoices based on the timesheet of the candidates working hours.

Service From Our Payroll

We pay the candidate from our end and we charge you monthly invoices for the amount of hours that the candidate works.

Pricing According To Project

ITEC may offer you a rate depending on the precise recruitment skills you need for a one-time assignment.

Volume Discounts

If you are a large organisation with a high volume of recruitment needs, ITEC may offer you a volume discount.

Guarantee and Credits

We provide a 3 months Guarantee period for any candidate provided by ITEC. Should the engagement of any Candidate terminate within the Guarantee Period, ITEC will endeavor to find a one-time replacement for the same role at no extra cost to the Client. If ITEC is unable to find a replacement Candidate, it will credit the following proportions of the Introduction Fee.
