Referral Services: ITEC acts as a referral service, guiding students to appropriate courses and providers based on their needs, preferences, and educational background. ITEC will provide information about different options available but does not make any guarantees regarding the suitability, quality, or outcomes of the courses.

Provider Selection: ITEC endeavors to identify and collaborate with reputable and reliable education and training providers. However, ITEC cannot guarantee the performance, credibility, or efficacy of any specific provider. It is the responsibility of the students to research and assess the suitability of the recommended providers before making a decision.

Assessment and Training Process: ITEC explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the assessment or training process conducted by the education and training providers. The assessment, curriculum, teaching methods, and evaluation criteria are determined solely by the respective providers, and ITEC does not have control over these aspects.

Student Obligations: Students engaging with ITEC acknowledge that it is their responsibility to evaluate their own educational needs and goals. They are expected to conduct their own due diligence regarding course selection, provider accreditation, and eligibility criteria. Students must adhere to the policies, procedures, and requirements of the chosen provider during the application, enrolment, and study processes upon consultation with the provider directly.

Our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) eligibility check constitutes a standard procedure performed prior to the commencement of any RPL application. ITEC unequivocally states that it does not provide any assurance or guarantee regarding the outcome of RPL certifications for any specific units or qualifications. In the event that candidates are deemed initially eligible for RPL, ITEC solely refers them to accredited colleges for further evaluation and assessment.
